You can either change your email address manually through the GloBee dashboard or you can contact support@globee.com from the email address associated with your GloBee account and provide the email address to which you would like to change it. 

To change your email address manually, please follow these instruction:

  1. Log in into your GloBee Account.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings tab.
  3. Click on the Account Settings tab.
  4. After you have clicked on the Account Settings tab, you should see a tab called: My Profile. 
  5. Click on the My Profile tab, this will redirect you to your Profile Dashboard.
  6. Once you have been redirected to your Profile Dashboard, you will see the widget with the heading => USER DETAILS.
  7. Under USER DETAILS, you will be able to change your email address.
  8. Once you have entered the new email address, you can save your changes and your email will be successfully changed.

NOTE: For security purposes, we will ask for confirmation and will then proceed with updating the account’s email address.
