The reason for an unsettled account in either Bitcoin or Monero would likely be related to you receiving an underpayment or overpayment. To resolve the unsettled account, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your GloBee account.
  2. Once you have logged in, navigate to the "Invoicing Tools Tab".  Once you have clicked on the tab, a widget will appear.
  3. Once the widget has appeared click on the "Open Invoices Tab". You will now see a list of invoices that need to be resolved.
  4. Click on the "Resolve" button. You will now have the option to either accept or decline the payment.
